The TCS S5 & S4 Series converters are designed for Big Horse Power &
Extreme Applications. The entire engine side cover is machined from
billet steel; it is not casted or fabricated. All the Internal Parts
that are used in our Performance Converters are designed & programmed
using the latest master cam systems and machined in-house to insure
the consistency and accuracy of each piece. All TCS Performance Torque
Converters include a furnace brazed Pump Cover, double reinforced Turbin
Fins, a 4340 Billet Turbin Spline, Torington Bearings & a 4130 induction
heat treated Pump Drive Hub. Stator is available in either aluminum
or steel and features a TCS bullet proof Roller Clutch.
